About the Southern Office
The Southern Office is located in the historic William Aiken House in Charleston, South Carolina. Two field offices, the Southern Field Office in Washington, D.C. and the New Orleans Field Office in Louisiana, also operate in the Southern region. Together, these three offices offer support to local, state and regional preservation efforts in 12 states, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and the District of Columbia.
Resources Available
Grants Preservation Funds, Intervention Funds, and other grants are available through the Southern Office on a competitive basis.
Technical Assistance Strategic Planning and other types of assistance are available to nonprofit organizations through the Southern Office and National Trust headquarters.
