Application Information
Preservation Leadership Training will be held:
- January 10-17, 2009, in Birmingham, Alabama. Applications were October 14, 2008
- June 20-27, 2009, in Deadwood, South Dakota. Applications due March 31, 2009
Please provide the following information when applying to PLT (There is no application form):
- Name, Mailing Address, Email Address, and Phone Number
- Sponsoring Organization/Agency
- Are you or your organization a member of National Trust Forum? If yes, please include membership number.
- If your organization is proposing a second participant, what is his/her name? A separate application is required for each participant.
- Education (schools attended, major fields of study, degrees)
- Resume, including preservation related paid work and/or volunteer experience
- One letter of recommendation
- In 100 words or less, explain why you wish to attend this program and what you hope to accomplish.
- A limited number of scholarships are available to ensure the cultural diversity of participants. Participants who are not eligible for cultural diversity scholarships may qualify for support from the Alumni Scholarship Fund. If your participation depends on financial assistance, please explain this need and how your participation will enhance the diversity of the preservation movement.
